Iqbal Aasim

President, Capital-Hascon · Founder & CEO, AIA Capital Group

Iqbal is a results-driven program manager with more than a decade of experience leading operational assessments, transformation and digital enablement for clients in healthcare, petrochemicals, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals and semiconductors. Before founding AIA Capital Group in 2019, he was a Manager at A.T. Kearney, where he received the firm's Excellent Client Impact Award. He began his career as a Second Officer in the merchant marine, managing oil and chemical tankers through ports in more than 50 countries without incident.

Hasan A. Askari, P.E.

JV Partner · Founder & CEO, Hascon

Hasan has more than 25 years of experience in federal and DoD program management and in construction management of design-build, design-bid-build and public-private partnership projects. He has led work for GSA, DoD, the U.S. Navy, NIH, USPS and DOE, including program management on the $1.25B Superconducting Super Collider and the $3B USPS national deployment. He has held senior roles at Jacobs Engineering/Sverdrup, HESS Construction and Foulger-Pratt.
